Return Policy


Our guarantee of satisfaction is unconditional; we want you to be 100% satisfied. If you find any product purchased from that does not perform to your expectations, you can return your order for a refund within 15 days of receipt.

Prior to shipping a return, please call our customer care line: 818.686.2500 or email – We’ll need to give you a return authorization number for you to reference on the return package. Please do not attempt to ship product or packages with-out a return authorization number.

Please ship your return package with your return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package to the address below within 15 days of receipt. Please include a copy of your packing slip or receipt inside the package. All return packages must be shipped using a service that tracks packages, such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS (ask for services that have tracking options). We cannot assume responsibility for misdirected or lost shipments.

Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive and process your return. We will credit the total value of the merchandise and any taxes you were charged. Credits will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase. Adjustments to credit cards will be made within two billing cycles. If you used a gift card we will re-issue a new gift card and mail it to you. You will receive an email notification when we have completed process your return.

If the packing slip is unavailable, please include a note or letter containing the following information:

Your name, address, and email address
2.     Your daytime phone number, in case we have questions
3.     A list of product(s) and why you are returning the product(s) (for example: changed your mind, defective, damaged in transit, etc.)

NOTE: Unless there was clearly a mistake made on our end, we are sorry, but we do not credit shipping costs for returned orders.

Please note: is not able to return merchandise obtained from a retailer other than To return products purchased at another store, please return the products to the retail location where they were purchased. If you believe you may have purchased a defective product within the last 2 years and the retail location will not accept your return, please contact us to set up a Return Authorization.
